1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the websites (elevatedu.ai), mobile applications, client portals, diagnostic tools, or physical premises of ElevatED "U" and Grace Leadership Preparatory Institute ("Organization", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not access or use our services.

2. Private Membership Association (PMA) & Governance

ElevatED "U" operates under a Private Membership Association (PMA) structure alongside Grace Leadership Preparatory Institute (501(c)(3)). Access to specialized micro-acceleration programs, on-site laboratories at The Point Sanctuary, and custom learning concourses is granted exclusively to registered PMA members in good standing. Participation is subject to signing the official PMA Covenant Agreement, adhering to community conduct standards, and maintaining mutual respect for private property and bio-cognitive development environments.

3. Intellectual Property & Absolute Technical Sovereignty

All content, code, software, diagnostic tools (including the 16-Question Future Readiness Scorecard, Autonomic Friction Index calculations, and Genius Archetypes), logos, graphics, and curriculum frameworks displayed on or embedded within ElevatED "U" platforms are the exclusive property of Grace Leadership Preparatory Institute or its licensors. Unlawful reproduction, reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized redistribution of our platform architecture or proprietary curriculum is strictly prohibited.

4. Diagnostic Assessments & Educational Disclaimer

The Future Readiness Scorecard and related diagnostic engines provide educational and bio-cognitive self-assessment baselines. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or clinical diagnoses. Academic outcomes, learning velocity, and project deployments depend on candidate engagement, consistent participation, and family alignment.

5. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal and application account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at security@elevatedu.ai of any unauthorized access to your account or security breach.

6. SMS & Electronic Communications Terms

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box on our web forms, you authorize ElevatED "U" to send transactional and promotional text communications.

Frequency: Message frequency varies based on interaction and workflow status.
Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
Termination: You may cancel SMS services at any time by texting STOP. Text HELP for technical assistance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Grace Leadership Preparatory Institute, ElevatED "U", its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our web platforms, mobile applications, or participation in on-site/virtual programs.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
